Digital Account Manager Manchester £30,000-£37,500 Package We are currently working with an award winning Digital Agency that has very aggressive growth plans for 2020. Having recently opened a new office in Manchester they are seeking a talented and experienced Digital Account Manager to assist in achieving key business objectives. This is a pivotal role that will provide you with a fantastic opportunity to further develop your career as the Manchester office grows. You will report to the Director of the business, and along with him, be responsible for leading the Manchester team. If you are looking to work for an ambitious company and be a key part of their growth plans then this opportunity could be a perfect fit for you Responsibilities; Developing exceptional client relationships, gaining a thorough understanding of their business, in particular their growth goals and advising what solutions will enable them to achieve these objectives Frequent contact with your clients, with the aim of becoming a trusted advisor for their growth strategies Utilising your knowledge and experience to create solutions that support your clients goals and is aligned with their budget constraints Working closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure exceptional work is delivered on time and on budget Developing and implementing bespoke campaigns for a wide range of clients across B2B and B2C Using automation platforms such as HubSpot (Previous experience with HubSpot is advantageous) Developing Conversion Rate Optimisation strategies for your clients Providing in depth performance reports to demonstrate activity and value for clients Reporting to the business owners on business performance Identifying new business opportunities with your clients Developing and delivering an outstanding OLM offering Growing the Manchester team, mentoring and developing the capability of junior team members Required Skills; Previous experience working within the Digital Agency space Exceptional people skills, with a key focus on developing outstanding relationships with colleagues and clients Great understanding of communication/interaction channels and the utilisation of these to drive business growth Commitment to continuous self improvement/lifelong learning Ability to work in a fast-paced, challenging and ever changing environment Ambitious, with a focus on exceeding expectations Outstanding organisational, IT and time management skills Excellent attention to detail Most importantly - Be energetic, passionate, humorous, compassionate and enthusiastic - do what you love and love what you do.
