They have placed 20% of the current FTSE 50 Chairs and have an unrivalled name in the marketplace. They have the same leadership which they began with in 2004. Two of the partners within the business joined as researchers and have worked their way up the ladder. As a graduate joining this business you will be trained by 6 partners who have a wealth of knowledge to share and are experts in their respective specialisms. What this company can offer YOU As a Research Associate with this business you can expect the following benefits: Competitive base salary £28,000-32,000K bonuses £50,000K in year one An extra months salary at Christmas Bonus in March of 10-90% of your basic salary 26 days holidays per year (increases each year) Paid healthcare and pension Pay rise of £5,000K per year Excellent training Industry exposure to high calibre individuals and top firms Masseuse once a month A chef comes in every Friday to cook for everyone Role - Research Associate In the role as a Research Associate your role will involve: Researching candidate groups, approaching potential candidates and attending the interview where the candidate will meet a consultant. Building maps of potential candidates to approach - meeting the client and prepping the candidate for an interview.
