Overview
Be part of the Business Technology Solutions for Vodafone UK, the team that design and develop our converged communications solutions, drive efficiency through automation and AI, whilst implement the solutions directly with our customers. We help thousands of businesses across the country with our connectivity solutions. What will you be doing? You will be aligned to a large complex customer-facing programme, peering directly with your counterpart within the customer’s organisation to enhance project & programme deliveries within VBTS UK through the application of the delivery process, project/programme controls and governance, project consultation, system automation and the monitoring of Central PMO established KPIs. You will support a high performing PMO/Assurance team to enable successful delivery of projects and programmes (and their associated benefits) to time, cost and quality, within risk profile. Specialising in one or more of the following areas, but competent in all of them and flexible in your approach: Methodology and Governance; Resource Management; Planning; Reporting; Finance Management; Risk Management; Change Management; Tools, Systems and Data Integrity of project/programme information. Who are we looking for? Somebody with acute attention to detail - essential when sharing and reviewing information which is customer facing Proactive in ensuring that projects & programmes remain on track, linking all process areas together to analyse the bigger picture Experience of working in a customer facing environment Confident in working with senior stakeholders Experience of working on multi-million pound programmes Strong Excel skills - able to understand the MI and create story off the back of that Experience of Microsoft Project is desirable Our promise to you An excellent remuneration and bonus package with 28 days holiday entitlement, in addition to bank holidays and paid leave for charity projects.
