Position: Search Specialist (SEO PPC) Location: London Salary: 22-28k Ref: 17286-4360 Our client is a digital marketing agency based in London. They are looking for a driven digital marketing specialist, with 6 months - 2 years of experience, both in PPC and SEO who's looking to propel their career and join a small but bold digital agency. This role gives you the opportunity to enhance and showcase your skills across two separate functions. In this role you will be: At ease dealing with a high-pressure environment, juggling 10 clients and resilient to hitting immediate deadlines. Be able to easily manage your own workload and hit deadlines comfortably. Problem-solving everyday. You’ll have a curious attitude that enjoys analysing and solving complex SEO, PPC and digital marketing problems. Showcasing your ability to be autonomous and organise your workload effectively, especially when spilling multiple plates at once. These will be vital to the role in ensuring deadlines are hit. You’ll have plenty of client contact and the opportunity to build genuine relationships. This means the right candidate will have a strong client-service ethos and thrive on working with people. You’ll have a truly varied workload and the candidate we’re looking for will thrive working in a fast-paced environment where making a genuine impact to your clients is a top priority. SEO: Comfortable working across the SEO spectrum from Content, Technical, PR & Authority, On-Page & UX. You will have a strong understanding of algorithms and SEO theory to be able to put together the right SEO plan for your clients. Utilising your strong understanding of SEO. You'll have had a previous SEO role and be able to display your passion for it PPC: Confident and comfortable in building and managing multi-channel campaigns (across Google, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube) that actually deliver results for their clients. Able to critically analyse results, using your strong analytical and numerical skills. Coming up with campaign ideas, ad copy and clever targeting based on an understanding of how consumers behave. Working with a range of clients from global ecommerce retailers and brands, down to new start-ups who are trying to carve their share of the market. Because of the variety, no day is the same. Key skills and attributes: Strong communication skills. They have a lot of client engagement so even specialists need to have excellent English, and be able to impress in meetings, calls etc Lots and lots of passion. Not just for digital marketing but for SEO, PPC etc Lots of resilience, not easily overwhelmed. Agency experience, or at least a high-pressure in-house role, able to handle 10 clients and lots of reactive work.
