We're hiring for a fast-paced, profitable, scale-up as they develop and mature their Marketing capabilities and look to hire a Demand Generation Director to join their Marketing function. Our client is recognised across the B2B sectors for their delivery of Global Insights and Business Intelligence. With offices in New York and London they are becoming a go to provider of critical business knowledge. Within the role of Demand Generation Director / B2B Marketing Director / Director of Marketing Operations you will be responsible for: Leading the growth and marketing engine of the client servicing function Leading a team of 8 marketing campaign managers responsible for driving customer value and retention through multiple marketing channels and the development of engaging campaigns Embed within your team a best practice marketing effectiveness approach to driving demand Develop and upskill your team through the introduction of tools and techniques to drive demand Build a Martech stack, in conjunction with procurement and technology teams, putting in place CRM and marketing automation tools Develop the segmentation and customer profiling to support your team's approach Within the role of Demand Generation Director / B2B Marketing Director / Director of Marketing Operations we are looking for: Experience of developing a demand generation team and marketing automation tools You will have worked for a B2B business directly impacting their ability to scale through your work in driving demand and user engagement You will be highly aware of what best practice looks like and able to share your success in building lead nurturing campaigns, product launches and client engagement campaigns This role would be the perfect opportunity for an experienced marketer and people leader itching to work for a dynamic and fast paced scale-up.
