Demand Planning Manager Location: London Smale (Full-time remote working during COVID-19) Salary: Competitive Hours: 37.5 weekly COVID-19 Notice: We are continuing recruitment and have implemented new processes that promote candidate and employee safety. You will play a critical role to manage and direct the demand planning specialists, to deliver business and UK terminals strategy and KPI's. Key accountabilities for the role:- * Consensus Sign-off of Business forecast in alignment of dispatch targets and year budget. * Co-ordinate and communicate weekly/monthly/quarterly and yearly forecasts. * Primary liaison between Segment/channel for forecast alignment and escalations * Propose and implement solutions to improve demand forecast accuracy. * Deliver "Best in Class" local and global forecast accuracy per channel and per vendor. * Ensure life-cycle management of all devices is adhered to and minimise impact on financials. To be successful in the role you need to demonstrate the following skills / experience:- * People Management - large team management and ability to flex team. * Strategic Thinking - overall business acumen to ensure delivery of customer choice * Analytical Mind-set - large data buckets of information and ability to sift data for presentation and numerical analysis * S&OP process (Supply Planning sub-process) Must have technical / professional qualifications: * Educated to degree level * Professional Qualifications (APICS/IBF) * Experience in a supply chain demand\supply role What's in it for you?
