Salary: Location: Central London About the job: This Luxury Hotel & Spa has an exciting opportunity for a talented Sales & Marketing Executive and Coordinator, to perform their craft for a luxurious Hotel. The main duties and responsibilities of the role are: Working within the Sales & Marketing team this position has responsibility for the sales and marketing administrative support of the department To handle telephone enquiries, take messages and respond to requests promptly and efficiently. Deal with email enquiries promptly and accurately recording messages for the Director of Sales & Marketing and the Sales & Marketing team. To complete all correspondence to clients in a professional and timely fashion ensuring that administration falls within identity guidelines. To file all correspondence on a daily basis maintaining filing systems where relevant for each Client. To participate in the daily and weekly sales meeting and take minutes & distribute or action To maintain a diary for the sales trips, planning ahead, including keeping a calendar and log of Sales trips, tradeshows, holidays and training To arrange in advance that sales collateral is ready for Sales trips, and forward in advance to required destinations. Provide full administrative support to the sales team, preparing new contracts for transient business and wholesaler contracts About you: The successful candidate will have the following experience and skills: Have a passion for you work and the ability to innovate, with a track record within luxury travel trade or upmarket hotels Have the ability to manage in a diverse and luxury environment with a focus on guest experience Have strong organisational and time management skills with a high degree of flexibility Be a self-motivator and someone who is ready to challenge in the interest of continuous improvement Excellent level of English Be friendly, approachable and professional Qualifications & Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in another 4 or 5 star hotel. Alternatively, we might consider the right candidate with equivalent experience in the travel industry or related digital marketing role. Warm personality with a guest-oriented approach A good team player who can support all departments Fluent in English. Any other languages will be considered as an advantage Advanced computer skills. EU citizen working already in the UK or UK citizen
