Overview

Internal Change Communications Executive/Manager - 12 Month Mat Cover - Start Date End of April Your new company Private Sector organisation based across the UK, working within the FMCG industry. This role will be based from Glasgow on a maternity cover contract for 12 months. Your new role You role as Internal Change Communications Manager will involve working with a workforce that is mostly remove. The organisation itself is going through significant change over the coming year, and the successful candidate must be experienced in internal communications, change management and digital platforms (intranet). A large part of your role will be supporting the roll out of business change, ensuring employees understand the business direction and the role they play in achieving the business vision. Your role will also involve ensuring the existing suite of well received internal communication channels continue to deliver for the business and you'll work hard to enhance them and raise opportunities for improvement. The successful candidate will be responsible for the end-to-end delivery of the business unit's quarterly magazine, business update posters and employee roadshows, so copy writing experience is essential to this position. Channel management; this year this organisation have launched their new employee intranet. This is the go-to hub for employees to access the relevant policies and forms and find out the most up-to-date news from across the business. What you'll need to succeed Your previous experience in Change & Internal Communications will lead to your success. You will have experience working with disengaged & remote staff. Experience in employee engagement Excellent copy writing, proofreading and creative abilities with high attention to detail Great project and event management skills Confident at developing communication plans Office 365 sharepoint (intranet) Experience creative videos What you'll get in return You will receive a salary of £35-£40 and a contract length of 12 months. You will have 25 days holidays plus bank holidays. There is also a 10% bonus.
