Overview
I am currently recruiting for an Ecommerce Intern to work with a major FMCG company based in London Paddington. They are seeking someone to support the day-to-day management of the European businesses with a focus on improving product information (text, imagery, and videos) online to ensure customers can find out everything they need to know about the products, as well as inspiring them with new ways to enjoy the products through delicious looking meal images. You will love this role if you have high attention to detail, strong communication skills, and are able to apply a consumer lens to everything you do. Salary : £60 per day Roof top garden bar Walking distance from Paddington train station (7mins) 3 - 6 month contract The Role: Use reporting tools to identify gaps in product information and report on progress to global team. Follow best practice from the companies Framework. Create new content by briefing and coordinating with creative agencies, local brand teams and ecommerce teams. Write new product descriptions by rolling out and adapting existing text templates to be relevant for each product. Get content live either through working with the company directly. Track that it goes live as expected on all platforms. Raise tickets with the support services where needed to get to desired results. Experience: Strong English written skills (to adapt product descriptions using brand voice) Fluent in French and German High attention to detail Confident in Excel (v-lookups, pivot tables) Ecommerce experience preferable (not necessary) Bachelor's degree Adecco acts as an employment agency for permanent recruitment and an employment business for the supply of temporary workers.
