UX RESEARCH MANAGER LONDON £45,000-60,000 BENEFITS An exciting new role for a user researcher to lead a growing team taking on a range of projects allowing them to expand their skills. THE COMPANY: A well-known digital and marketing agency who work with clients to gain a holistic view of their customers and optimise user experience. THE ROLE: As a user researcher you will be the UX research expert working across high profile clients. This team is expanding as demand from clients rises and new projects open up. Day to day you will conduct qualitative and quantitative research: analysing online data in Google Analytics/Adobe Analytics, analysing qualitative data (surveys, questionnaires etc), usability testing and customer journey analytics (heatmapping, session replay etc). Bringing these insights together you will report a holistic view of customers to the clients with recommendations on testing and changes to be made that highlight conversion rate optimisation and improving the customer journey. YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE: - Extensive previous experience in a user research role - Experience analysing qualitative and quantitative data - Commercial use of Google Analytics or Adobe Analytics as well as CRO tools (HotJar, SessionCam, Decibel insights) and testing tools (Optimizely, Adobe Target, Maxymiser, VWO, etc) SALARY AND BENEFITS: - Up to £60,000 depending on experience - Excellent benefits package HOW TO APPLY: Please register your interest by sending you CV to Lucy Hughes via the Apply link on this page.
