Overview
Performance Marketing Executive (German Speaking) £ 28,000-£35,000 London We are currently working with a well-known consumer goods ecommerce brand London who are looking for a Performance Executive to join their team managing their customer acquisition in the German market. You will work with the performance function expanding the customer acquisition strategy through paid digital channels, including implementation, ongoing management and optimisation off PPC, paid social and shopping accounts. You will develop ideas and strategies for affiliate campaign management and optimisation. Working with the wider team you will establish and maintain a clear Test and Learn plan to increase reach, optimise click thru-rate, optimise conversion rate (via offer testing and customer journey) and maximise customer lifetime value. You will also monitor and update the business on competitors’ activities (marketing, product launches, promotions, platform change, business performance, etc.) to help push future strategy to stay ahead of the competition. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital marketing across paid media channels and ideally have worked in an B2C/Retail/Ecommerce business OR have worked agency side on a number of B2C clients and be fluent in German.
