These brands are growing via their digital marketing, product and commercial monetization skills. Their lead comparison technology is also utilized by major brands such as Gocompare.com and Comparethemarket.com through their Partners network. They are growing via acquisition, adding new businesses to their technology and marketing platform. It is an exciting time to join This is a permanent role offering £22K - £27K based in Central London. How can you expect to spend your day The aspiration for this role is to support the Commercial Team’s day to day account management activities and own the customer service function of broadband choices. Key tasks and responsibilities include: Commercial Administration Support with offer and pricing updates so that our market-leading broadband, phone, TV and mobile comparison services are fully up to date and accurate Regular checks of customer journey across our websites to ensure all links are active and recommend next steps/liaise with the Development Team if there are any outages Commercial Support & Team Cover Helping the wider team with commercially relevant activities Taking ownership of editorial guide pages ensuring accuracy of pricing and package features Managing a number of small yet influential accounts across home communications and mobile to increase the value of the accounts through negotiating improved commercials, selling advertising opportunities and enhancing conversion rates through on-site changes and improved offers Customer Service Owning the customer service process as a key data controller within the business Handling and responding to direct emails from customers for our brands and key partners Ensuring all customers are dealt with professionally and all SLAs are met Account Management Managing a number of small yet influential accounts across home communications and mobile to increase the value of the accounts through negotiating improved commercials, selling advertising opportunities and enhancing conversion rates through on-site changes and improved offers Commercial Support & Team Cover Helping the wider team with commercially relevant activities Taking ownership of editorial guide pages ensuring accuracy of pricing and package features The ideal intern's personality and qualifications This role will require a candidate that has great attention to detail, takes pride in their work and will do what it takes to get the job done. Key requirements: Common sense, practical, solutions-based approach Willingness to muck in and apply themselves to all tasks asked of them Genuine desire to help people and ensure gold standard customer experience Strong communication skills – both written and verbal Excellent attention to detail Able to balance and manage time effectively ensuring important and urgent actions are done on-time MS Office proficient Experience in and / or passion for the telecoms and tech sector is beneficial but not essential What are the perks of working for the company?
