Based in London, this is an award winning tea brand set out to bring excitement to your daily cuppa. All their tea is carefully blended and packed by hand in the UK. Their range includes black, green and oolong tea blends, herbal infusions and rooibos, and four speciality Tea Legends. Key Responsibilities: As you are joining a startup with few people looking after many things, a high degree of flexibility is required regarding scope. Activities include: Supporting digital marketing; managing social platforms, content creation, organising special events such as giveaways or collaborations. E-commerce content creation; write-up of website blogs, newsletters and looking after email marketing. Supporting special events; manning the booth as sales support at consumer events or trade shows (2-3 events during internship); organising event prep and collaterals. Business development; visiting pre-defined potential customers in the London area, making sales calls to a defined list of potential customers further afield. Compiling and nurturing LinkedIn leads. Desktop research on a variety of topics; customer trends, materials sourcing, benchmarking, and so forth. Ad hoc assistance where required; shipping, warehouse management, event attendance, customer support, etc. You’ll need to be comfortable helping out with activities outside of your job spec. Key Requirements: Some degree of experience in the above listed activities, ideally in a related industry; Great verbal and written communication skills; A love of, and general interest in, food and beverage; Ability to come up with creative solutions to problems and be innovative Resourceful and possess a high degree of flexibility Willingness to do whatever needs to be done Self-starter who wants to take ownership of their contributions to the company Enjoy the feeling of creating a business from the ground up, no matter what it takes.
