There’s no such thing as micro-management, KPIs or long-hours, instead they have a common-sense approach. The role - There will be a soft-landing with a warm desk specialisng within Java and JavaScript. where you will have clients and vacancies to work on. You will have the opportunity to do business development, but only as you see fit, there won’t be anyone standing over you forcing you to hit targets You will build genuine, loyal and longstanding relationships with clients and candidates, providing a professional and transparent service You will manage your own desk and have the opportunity to ask for guidance and direction from the Director This role is ideal for someone looking to leave the corporate world of recruitment: At least 12 months’ 360 recruitment experience - any sector will be considered A mature, genuine professional who can build credibility with clients Outgoing personality and sense of humour A reliable and dedicated individual who will manage your own workload without management As well as an excellent base salary and supportive working environment, here is the benefits on offer - Excellent commission structure - 20% of EVERYTHING Work in a small, close-knit team where you will work alongside the Director 8.30am to 5.30pm with flexibility - perfect for a parent Early finish Fridays 25 days annual leave plus bank hols Work alongside the Director who is approachable, honest and flexible Company incentives
