Partnerships Manager Salary: £29,000 per annum Location: UK Nationwide Contract Type: Permanent, Full - Time ICS Health & Wellbeing is part of the ICS Group. We have an open vacancy for a Partnerships Manager, responsible for managing the relationships between ICS Health & Wellbeing and several partners including (but not limited to); sub - contractors, NHSE, Local Commissioners, Internal Employees. Duties: Partnerships Management: Ensure Regional/Senior Managers have all the information/date required from Subcontractors prior to attending group/NHSE/commissioner meetings. This will include raising any contractual Service Issues and driving solutions. Regularly monitor Subcontractor KPI’s data and feedback. Attend Commissioner meetings to present Subcontractor KPI’s/Data Reports. Monitor Referral levels. Attending steering group meetings to provide updates when required. Transition and Implementation: Lead on any transition of services across providers and maintain strong working processes/relationships externally and internally. Regular follow up meetings with incoming National Diabetes Prevention providers. Ensure clear messaging is relayed for local commissioners/GPs and Service Users for the NDPP. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure they have everything in place to support on time transition. Review Data sharing agreements to ensure that these are drafted and in date. Share waiting list reports and analysis with local teams. Engagement and Officer Team Management: Ensure Local engagement officers have required resources and support to drive referrals in the local area. Oversee the local strategic Marketing/Communications plan and liaise with the Group Marketing Executive to support the delivery of this. Regularly contacting your Engagement Officer team to check referral progress and monitor what KPI’s are being achieved. Conducting performance reviews with your Engagement Officer Team - provide regular feedback and continuous improvement. Support with Recruitment, onboarding and development of on-going Training for the Engagement Officer team. About You: You can prioritise busy workloads whilst maintaining a high level of attention to detail. Excellent communication and organisation skills. You are flexible to travel to other sites across the UK. Essential Qualifications and Experiences Previous supervisory or account management experience Previous experience of Stakeholder engagement. Previous experience of working within a similar capacity within the Healthcare sector. Previous experience of GDPR/Data management. Proven and previous people management experience. Negotiation experience within an internal and external capacity. Desirable Experiences to have in addition to the above: Previous experience of working within a Primary Care Team. Previous Marketing experience within a Healthcare capacity.
