Overview
Demand Generation director / Senior Marketing Manager / Growth B2B Marketing Manager needed by an award winning B2B software startup company. Reporting directly into the CMO, the Demand Generation director / Senior Marketing Manager / Growth B2B Marketing Manager will build the demand generation function from the ground up as the company enters their next phase of growth and beyond. They are already in the process of international expansion and have recently closed out a funding round of over £45m. The Demand Generation director / Senior Marketing Manager / Growth B2B Marketing Manager will: Set all digital KPIs and targets, then forecast and own the budget needed to deliver them. Manage the measurement and analysis of the digital elements of within campaigns, as well as the implementation and optimisation of SEM, SEO, social analytics, email campaigns, and webinars. Own all digital KPIs, and use the marketing automation platform, analytics platform, and other tools to measure and report on these KPIs to internal stakeholders. Increase conversion rates across ads and landing pages by using optimisation and testing methods. The Demand Generation director / Senior Marketing Manager / Growth B2B Marketing Manager must have: Proven experience growing a B2B Saas brand across any sector, such as eCommerce, media, fintech, edtech, healthtech, finance, travel, marketplaces, etc. Experience using CRMs and marketing automation platforms (ie salesforce and Pardot). Very strong numerical and analytical skill to measure activity and drive performance. Very strong digital acquisition experience, across all channels, with ideally broader experience across brand, partnerships and channel marketing. Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal. Experience with Google Analytics or other web analytics tools. The ability to be comfortable making complex decisions with limited information, and owning the results of these decisions.
