Overview
A leading high end residential developer are looking for a talented Graphic Designer to join their existing marketing team. This is an important fast paced role replacing external designers and bringing the entire design function in-house. They are seeking a creative, conceptual mind who has a distinct interest in advanced design technology to ensure innovative delivery whilst demonstrating an understanding of brand guidelines and corporate identity. The ideal candidate will possess previous experience in Property & Construction highly desirable and a passion for great design, seeking continuous improvement and development. RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES This is a great opportunity to demonstrate your diverse digital skill set. You will need to be fluent within InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator plus a good working understanding of digital mail platforms. Lead internal clients through the process of commissioning design, giving advice and support Take full responsibility for the in-house marketing design function working on projects across branding, print, graphics and marketing comms Designing engaging and creative offline work such as: leaflets, large volume quarterly brochures, corporate branding, signage, and mailers Liaise with copywriters and ensure fantastic attention to detail and a discerning eye for typography and composition Building and nurturing key relationships both internally and externally Keeping up to date with the latest trends and software If you believe your skills match the above description, we welcome your application.
