Marketing Manager - Services This Marketing Manager - Services role is based in a global brand in the North Surrey area. This role sits in the Ownership Marketing team which is responsible for continually improving the customer retention and advocacy metrics among customers. This is a key leadership role within the Loyalty Marketing team and will be responsible for the marketing strategy, communications plan, performance measurement and reporting of our strategic Services & Apps This is a Maternity Contract (6-9 months) Duties of Marketing Manager - Services Producing a clear and impactful marketing strategy and execution for services. Increase services app engagement and awareness Value driven (return on investment) of deliverables against specific targets per business case/proposal Time to Deliver against plan Development of the communications plan and assets for services in the context of the overall annual marketing communications to drive new registrations, monthly usage and an increase in NPS. Build impactful consumer-facing communication assets, working in collaboration with the Ownership and IM marketing team, central marketing team and creative agencies, liaising with your internal senior partners and Europe and HQ counterparts for marketing guidance. Regularly monitor, measure, report on, learn and adapt your marketing plans to keep improving brand activities and delivering against Ownership Marketing critical metrics. Create, present and execute robust business cases with clear return on investment to drive critical metrics for services, ensuring all senior partner support for your business cases. Liaise with internal partners to brief, gain approval, agree amends, obtain legal approval and execute. Assist in other projects as and when required by the Head of Ownership Marketing or Head of Services. Key Attributes of Marketing Manager - Services Experience in creating and implementing marketing strategy and campaign management (brand and/or agency) Strong ATL and BLT campaign management. Confirmed case studies of creating and implementing business cases. Exceptional partner management - strong experience working in complex organisational matrices and with Vice Presidents, Presidents and/or Directors. Highly experienced in influencing and negotiation. Evidence of building, leading and handling a direct or indirect team. Strong understanding of all digital marketing channels, with considerable experience in Social Media and a strong understanding of performance marketing mechanics Focused work approach including the ability to work to tight deadlines, whilst maintaining a high level of accuracy is needed Willingness to challenge the status quo and embrace innovative delivery mechanisms Ability to work efficiently across small to large budgets.
