Overview

Marketing Manager Working closely with the Head of Marketing and the Marketing teams, as well as with multiple partners across the business, you will define and implement marketing plans to demystify and engage our audience. What do we need for this role? The role involves working on multiple projects simultaneously and the ability to run these whilst remaining flexible, adaptable and positive is crucial. Self-starter: uses initiative to deliver what’s needed whilst also being capable of bringing the team along too. To be able to deliver through a team and not operate solo. Builds a network, collaborates, knows how to deliver a vision, a plan and then make it happen. Strong communication skills: interpersonal, written and presentation. Understands brands and business. Capacity to translate plans into commercial outcomes. Excellent project and time management: it’s essential to ensure toolkits and key visuals are delivered on time, as well as meeting media deployment deadlines. Able to get things done quickly and with good attention to detail. Ability to prioritise multiple demands, flex and adapt when needed. A positive attitude is needed in this role: remaining focused and upbeat in the face of an ever-changing internal and external (competitive) landscape is needed. Skills and experience: Proven brand management experience, preferably in a large and dynamic organisation. Commercial acumen and working within dynamic channel environments. Experience of briefing, developing creative work and owned, earned, shared and paid connections plans. Can deliver through others: experience of leading a team who aren’t direct reports to deliver a successful outcome.
