**Position Summary** We are looking for a new Senior Marketing Manager for our European business. Samsung is the world's biggest manufacturer of TVs and mobile phones. We are now also focusing on kitchens and white goods as it is ripe for disruption. To keep growing in a hyper-competitive industry, we must drive meaningful brand differentiation through bold communications and experiences that can position Samsung as a culturally-relevant lifestyle brand. **Role and Responsibilities** What will this role achieve? The aim of this role is to build and execute our vision and deliver brand driven campaigns for Samsung Europe (to a global scale). You will inspire highly talented individuals, cross-functions and agencies. You will manage and own all ATL & BTL marketing campaigns, executions, and control all investments with world-class measurement and rigour. What will be your key deliverables? + Reporting to the Director of Campaign Strategy & Creative Communication, this critical role will ensure that the Channel Marketing function fully implements holistic marketing activities across key channels at all consumer touch point communications. + You will support EO markets by leading and developing brand driven campaigns. + You will drive, cohesive, compelling IMC (Integrated Marketing Creative) content experiences. + Working in close partnership with EU marketing teams at all high to medium level Marketing activities., you will inspire them to drive the brand campaign ideas and creatives. + You will align with the Commercial leadership to achieve all targets and management plan. Work closely with the Sales managers in formulating an overall creative communication that includes a strong brand PTO (Proud to own) campaigns. + You will fully understand the key consumer accounts by forging strong relationships with your opposite number in each account. + You will support in developing the annual marketing strategy and calendar, ensuring that you maintain our key customers marketing calendar. + You will partner with CMI, run a world-class investment model and report out campaign performance aligned with core commercial KPIs. + You will work closely with the Commercial Finance Manager on return on investment, the allocation of budget and its control for future sales growth. + Build water tight business cases for all activities + You will seek out, ideate and inspire all marketing activities. + You will ensure the business is working with the right agencies and mix. Work with the designated creative agencies and internal talents. + You will attend and present plans at all key customer meetings and necessary & required review sessions. + During campaign launch, you will ensure the daily-weekly report is completed by close of expected day/time, working with cross channels and external agency + You will be required to travel to Korea and other destinations from time to time. What do we need for this role? + World-class proven marketing experiences - preferably a Global in-house marketing team and/or Creative agency. + Ability to thrive in a rapid paced environment on multiple projects in a large company atmosphere. + Ability to work on a global scale across many internal stakeholders with varying degrees of experience with visual storytelling and the production of ATL - BTL assets. + Ability to understand, envision and run large campaigns and small assignments with tight deadlines. + Highly commercial with a fast ability to invest smartly with cross Marketing discipline experience and deep subject knowledge. + Ability to work on a global scale across many internal stakeholders with varying degrees of experience with high-level strategies. + Experience managing campaigns with tight deadlines. + A proven track record, a portfolio of highly successful campaign delivery of product and/or brand campaign IMC (integrated Marketing Contents for all consumer touch point communication). + Strong motivational and negotiation skills. + Experience of working with different cultures in a multi-country role. + Results orientated.
