Overview
Senior Campaign Marketing Manager This Senior B2B Campaign Marketing Manager is based in a global brand in the North Surrey area. This role is responsible for delivering the campaign marketing strategy for the B2B product and service portfolio. This role will champion the teams' ambition to digitally transform our approach to marketing, implementing a structure of measurement to monitor the performance of marketing metrics. Duties of Senior Campaign Marketing Manager Own the B2B campaign marketing strategy across SME, large enterprise and public sector Digitally transform our approach to marketing, implementing a structure of measurement to monitor the performance of marketing metrics Deliver an OMNI channel experience across the full marketing mix, with a focus on social, disruptive and traditional to raise the profile of B2B With a strong digital focus, build the strategy to deliver market leading campaigns across the customer journey, with a lens on account based marketing Ensure the campaign marketing strategy is optimised for improved channel partner activation Develop a CRM strategy and manage automation to deliver leads and revenue opportunities through all customer segments and touchpoints Monitor performance of Marketing metrics ongoing, identify areas requiring intervention, propose and measure desired impact Own and develop a dashboard that measures performance, success and tracks improvement Develop a leading analytical, test and learn culture to support optimisation and the effectiveness of digital marketing Manage the B2B campaign marketing budget alongside the marketing managers Collaborate with channel marketing, sales, retail and online teams to establish leading programmes that expands the route market via partnerships Align B2B marketing plans with the over-arching brand marketing plans to deliver programmes that are consistent at consumer touch points Support B2B marketing planning routines with the existing IM commercial and marketing planning cycles Collaborate with the B2B leadership team to deliver the against our sell-in targets Positively drive the B2B culture internally to be customer first and create a collaborative, positively challenging environment Develop excellent relations and understanding of operations with external B2B marketing teams and channel partners.
