Are you an experienced eCommerce Executive or Digital Marketing Executive for an exciting new step? Have you worked in a busy eCommerce function? Then this could be an exceptional opportunity for you The leading luxury brand is looking for an eCommerce Executive to join their eCommerce team. This role will be an active member of the eCommerce team, manage the relationship with amazon and be a potential Shopify Superuser. The brand is a leader in luxury and fashionable luggage, they are in the middle of a digital transformation and implementing new ways of building a relationship with the consumer directly. They are moving to a boutique or online only model where soon the only way to buy their products will be in their boutiques or online. This role will focus on managing the relationship with Amazon as well as managing the transition to a new eCommerce platform (Shopify). Their culture is centered around empowerment & passion for their products with the appointment of their new eCommerce Director there is a new drive within the team to grow and expand. The Director is a real leader within eCommerce/Digital, they focus on empowering the team to succeed and grow within their roles. As eCommerce Executive you will join our successful team based in their London offices and be responsible for: Management of the e-commerce content calendar for websites along with Amazon marketplaces. Ensure all changes and updates are completed in a timely manner and communicated to relevant stakeholders. Ensure that all products and promotions are merchandised correctly and commercially presented online in accordance with the trading and marketing calendar. Complete weekly website & marketplace reviews and audits to ensure the highest standards of excellence, consistency and optimized performance across all sites. Proactively develop and maintain an effective relationship with our logistics and demand planning teams to ensure that out of stocks are minimized and key lines have a perfect in-stock ratio. Continually review and optimize the performance of our on-site search function, Klevu, adding synonyms where relevant to optimize conversion. Continuously research and evaluate ways in which the site can build trust and serve the most accurate, relevant and appealing product information to the customer. Ensure our UGC content is accurately presented on-site and work with our Customer Service team to surface issues proactively. Report weekly against site metrics and key KPIs, ensuring actions can be take each week to drive incremental conversion and sales. The ideal candidate will have a hands-on approach to eCommerce, be a team player and really want to forge a career in a career in eCommerce. You can have experience from either an agency or client-side background as long as you have managed eCommerce activates. The eCommerce Executive role requires the following experience: Experience in a similar eCommerce role. Experience managing all elements of an eCommerce platform – Shopify experience is essential, Magento 1 experience would be advantageous. Comprehensive understanding of Google Analytics and experience in using the data to mine insights which can be actioned on site to drive commercial KPIs. Knowledge of and experience working with payment gateways. Basic HTML skills. CSS and basic Photoshop desirable. Ability to adapt ideas and concepts to specific brand guidelines while remaining open to feedback. Knowledge of and experience working with agile project management desirable. Knowledge of and experience working with Amazon / feeds. Energetic and enthusiastic – has a sense of urgency. Excellent communications, interpersonal and time management skills with the ability to quickly build effective relationships. Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
