They also offer a relaxed working environment and rewards for hard work with regular socials, weekly breakfast, and beer on Fridays Main Roles and Responsibilities of the Digital Account Manager: Responsible for the running of a variety of large campaigns and accounts and overseeing direct communication with senior managers and directors of client companies. Propose and pitch creative briefs to clients and oversee campaigns from briefing to execution. Identify opportunities for account growth and negotiating upselling and cross-selling with existing clients. Monitoring and reporting on campaign progress and communicating it back to clients. Work in collaboration with digital marketing teams in order to co-ordinate projects. Key Skills and Attributes of the Digital Account Manager: At least 3 years’ experience in a digital agency. A confident speaker and an excellent communicator. Amazing organisational and time management skills. Great commercial awareness across B2B and B2C. Practiced in Google Analytics, Microsoft CRM and Digital Marketing strategies. An effective reporter and presenter. Ability to work under pressure and work to tight deadlines.
