Overview

We are currently recruiting a project offcicer to support and contribute to the design and implementation of the Addvantage scheme. The Team aim to be a sector leading professional service dedicated to providing inclusive support for successful graduate employment outcomes, tailored to individual needs and career aspirations. The role-holder will be responsible for managing the Addvantage team and for maintaining effective relationships with all parts of the company. Primary Duties and Accountabilities Support the Director to drive the strategic development and innovation of the programme Coordinate and be a lead participator in the Addvantage Advisory Board Plan the administrative support required with the Director, and coordinate the support made available to deliver objectives and meet targets Manage and co-ordinate the Addvantage module process Produce and organise marketing literature to promote the scheme Direct the design, development and maintenance of the Addvantage websites and other promotional tools Manage a central enquiry point for all enquiries about module commissioning/decommissioning, the module review process, timetabling and any other related enquiries Create and maintain appropriate record systems, particularly in relation to tracking activities and 'at risk' candidates. Provide data information in relation to internal and external enquiries Access/input data regarding Addvantage onto the record/information systems Facilitate the accurate production of data for boards Collate and produce an annual quality monitoring report for the Addvantage scheme Develop and manage the delivery of a high-quality information and enquiry service for the Scheme, to include all face to face, telephone and email enquiries. Person Specification: Degree or equivalent professional qualification/ experience PRINCE 2 or other equivalent project management qualification Knowledge & Experience of database management, monitoring and evaluating systems and processes Experience of leading and/or initiating successful marketing activity and designing promotional materials Experience of liaising/negotiating with senior staff within an organisation and implementing change Experience of management to achieve results Experience of delivering excellent customer service Experience of working in higher education Experience of marketing a project in a HE environment. Work in a collaborative manner across a range of functions Project planning and implementation skills Excellent customer service skills
