Overview
Prospero Integrated are searching for a Technical AV Project Manager to join a thriving production company based in the West Midlands. The Role: Preparing and managing quotations for Corporate & Live Events and liaise with clients on contracts to develop creative ideas and provide a high-end service including technical specification (advising on what is achievable and the best technology available), site visits and pre-production Managing the pre-production process Accurate processing of event paperwork from initial enquiry/quote through to off hire and follow up after event is complete in liaison with the client and Warehouse staff. Following up quotations and monitoring success rates Coordinating staff, crew, equipment and resources for projects to meet deadlines efficiently and within budgets, liaising with third party suppliers. Attending regular team meetings. Liaising with internal departments Assisting with operating on shows/projects if required Attending rig/de-rig of events when needed Other work/jobs that may be required from time to time Behaviours/Competences: Experience and knowledge with CAD software. Experience and knowledge in Audio Visual equipment and the industry. Good personal presentation and interpersonal skills. Current clean driving license Willingness to work flexibly as a member of a busy team who regard client service as a priority.
