Overview
Project Manager needed for Permanent role on huge Coventry Development Your new company - You will be working for one of the leading Building and Civil Engineering Contractors operating throughout the UK and Ireland - They are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join the team Your new role - We are seeking a Project Manager to manage and deliver a quality service and product to our clients in line with the project goals. - Manage the Engineering, design/installation process, and to minimise risk associate with the Project - Understand all Health and Safety legislation including those of other parties - Communicate programmes risks to the Contracts Manager and produce records and notices for contractual correspondences - Attend and chair client meetings where appropriate - Contribute to regular Project Reports - Review contractor drawings for completeness of information and compliance with contract requirements - Responsible for the engineering works on their projects in conjunction with the project team - Produce monthly status reports and guidance in the production of the project programme - Vet and propose specialist contractors, systems and manufacturers for projects What you'll need to succeed - Experience as a working in a similar role for a Main Contractor What you'll get in return - Competitive Salary - Enhanced Annual Leave - Maternity/Paternity schemes - Competitive Pension - Company Life Insurance What you need to do now If you're interested in this role, click 'apply now' to forward an up-to-date copy of your CV, or call us now.
