Overview
Senior Analytics Manager Hemel Hempstead Up to £70,000 bonus extensive benefits Harnham are partnered with a much loved holiday brand who are seeking a Senior Analytics Manager to help with the set-up of an entire analytics function. You will build a team, work closely on strategic projects with stakeholders and clients and have ownership over the area. You will help show the value of analytics to the wider business and help make the company more data driven. Senior Analytics Manager Build out a highly advanced analytics and insight function Be hands-on with customer data and help influence strategies off the back of this Use and help implement a range of tools e.g. SAS/SQL/R/Python Assess the impact of loyalty schemes and develop new strategies alongside the C-Suite Work cross functionally with marketing, sales and finance teams to help drive analytics and insight based decisions Work on customer acquisition and customer retention projects You will be a part of advanced analytics work too e.g. modelling and personalisation You don't have to tick all of the boxes but some of the following would be relevant: You will have experience as an Analytics Manager and a technical coding background You will want to build out a brand new analytics function You will ideally have management experience You will ideally have had exposure to retention and acquisition strategies You will have experience within customer insight and marketing functions Ideally you will have experience analysing customer, transactional and/or online data Salary and Benefits The successful candidate can expect to earn up to £70,000 On top of this is a bonus and extensive benefits
