Overview
The Role Social Energy is currently looking for an experienced and passionate Digital Performance Marketing Manager. You will work closely with the Marketing Director, resourcing from both internal and agency functions, to deliver a highly effective lead generation and customer acquisition strategy. The position will require you to work to a range of aggressive growth KPIs, with the overriding objective being to maximise revenue and profit generation. The digital performance marketing manager is responsible for cost per acquisition across PPC, paid social channels and all other acquisition channels. You'll also develop testing strategies within agreed parameters and help scope new ideas and concepts. This role involves closely managing the digital acquisition budget with a key focus on ROI and ensuring initiatives are executed and delivered on time with continual reporting.
