Overview
Job Title: Performance Marketing Lead Salary : £70 - 80k Location: South London Skill Set/Tech: Conversion rate optimisation, paid acquisition channels, A/B testing and product marketing roadmapping. The Client: My client is a start-up online platform operating in the Financial Sector and have one of the most popular websites on the internet. The company are operating globally and are going through a major round of funding, prioritising the growth of their London office. The company offers a forum specifically for people with an interest in trading and investment including online community support, new research, up to date trends & analysis. They now have millions of users across the world and have identified their new London expansion as a key component to their global growth. They are rapidly expanding with incredible and ambitious growth plans over the next few years and are looking for someone who is equally as motivated to join their team and help them speed up their global expansion. Description: The company are looking for someone with a proven track record scaling high growth companies within the financial sector. You will need to be an expert at conversion rate optimisation and have a strong background in paid acquisition and paid social. You will be expected to manage the full customer lifecycle through to retention efforts as well as testing new digital channels, A/B testing and scaling up/down accordingly. To be successful in this role you will need to have a great understanding of multi-territory optimisation and divert your attention and resources to maximise acquisitions in high- opportunity countries. You will take full ownership of the paid acquisition strategy and adopt the companies own methodology of maximising ROI across all segments and territories. The financial / trading industry can have specific terms that are hard to understand for all so it will be the Performance Marketers role to ensure that user journeys are simplified to encourage action, not confusion. Required Skills: 7 years of experience in Performance/ Growth Marketing Expert on conversion rate optimisation Ability to lay out a clear game plan based on research from multiple points-of-view Able to move quickly to achieve results Outstanding track record delivering business growth through digital channels (Please attach clear examples) Highly skilled in creating seamless online experiences A strategic thinking who can drive growth through innovative recommendations Able to break down complex concepts down into clear, actionable updates and instructions Outstanding problem-solving & communication skills.
