My client provides Executive search and leadership advisory services to businesses going through change and transformation. This enables great exposure to professionals on a range of salaries (80/90k up to £300,000 - CEO level). They also offer a tailored training scheme in London with immediate opportunities for ambitious graduates - this offers a fast track route to management. 1st Year OTE: £25,000 (basic salary) - £40,000 2nd Year OTE: £50,000 - £70,000 3rd Year OTE: £70,000 - £100,000 Profile Excellent academics - 1st class degree top 20 university, AAB at A-Level 6 months -2 years of experience in a commercial environment (internships, placement years etc.) Track record of excellence in extra-curricular activities Mature, confident and success driven Excellent communication skills Ambitious with a competitive edge, high level of sport preferred Resilience Strong communication skills - written and oral Research and analytical skills Strong work ethic Ambition Sociable nature and natural communicator Research Associate Role Your role will comprise candidate generation, face to face meetings with both candidates and clients and aiding in research assignments. Working closely with a director who has successfully trained 15 research associates, you will research the market and carefully liaise with clients in order to shortlist C-Level professionals on salaries of £200,000. You will build your own client base and under an excellent training structure, become one of the leading headhunting professionals in your industry.
