Bid Manager - Outsourcing Services Working for a top tier financial services group, this role can be based in either Reading or Bristol. Working on multiple complex high value bids for prospect client outsourcing services. Key Duties - - Lead meetings to ascertain client requirements and develop solutions. - Manage and compliment internal and external project teams. - Collaborate to build complex tenders. - Lead the preparation of the bids. - Develop proposal boards. - Collaborate with bid writers. - Work closely with the design and creative teams. - Provide coaching for bid teams. - Collaborate and communicate feedback. Key Requirements - - Experience of managing complex bid proposals and projects. - Experience of working within professional services or client support services. - Experience of managing multiple bid proposals. - Excellent project management skills. - Commercial focus and understanding. - Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
