Overview
Temp to permanent role £18,000 - £20,000 per annum annual bonus UKACL is a creative consultancy seeking an enthusiastic and dynamic Student Liaison & Marketing Officer to join its Watford office. Are you proactive, creative and motivated in assisting & guiding international students to pursue higher education in the UK? The postholder will promote consultancy’s services to UK Universities and Indian Students. The ideal candidate will have a well developed an interest in international higher education and will be able to assist in signing up UK Universities. You will build internal and external relationships with key stakeholders to deliver university/student fair events in both UK & India to give students & universities outstanding opportunities. The successful candidate will be responsible for increasing the UKACL India reach through various marketing activities/campaigns, which include visits to Indian Universities and the student/university fairs. A key member of the Marketing and Conversion team, the postholder will also be responsible for liaison with our overseas representatives in all markets, assisting in increasing the student registrations through company website. The post requires the ability to handle competing priorities, and to balance students’ registration activity with administrative tasks. The successful applicant will have one or two years experience in Marketing/Sales/HR and ideally should have experience working in a University/School bot not essential. An excellent communicator with a proactive and consultative approach is a must, and a desire to be the best essential. We are looking for someone who ideally has a degree in a numerate discipline, but will also consider someone with good grades in English & Maths at GCSE and/or A levels. The role includes travel across the UK & India, early mornings and occasional weekends. 20 days holiday plus bank holidays.
