Overview
I am recruiting for a Junior Marketing Analyst to join a market leading business based in Milton Keynes. This is a new role within the business that will support the marketing team with reporting day to day digital marketing activity. You will be working closely with customers to monitor customer journeys and feedback to improve brand awareness. The Role Analyse and track customer behaviour - identify and deliver analysis to drive continuous improvements and growth ROI analysis to monitor efficiency and effectiveness of marketing campaigns Run customer surveys to gain feedback and understand the customers needs and wants Analysing online user behaviour, customer journeys and conversion data Using different marketing tools to monitor and report performance Monitor competitor marketing activities and provide feedback for future plans The Candidate Proven track record with Marketing Analysis Strong experience using programmes and softwares such as Google Analytics, Social Mention, Facebook Audience Insights, Hootsuite Comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft suite programmes; Excel and PowerPoint Excellent understand of capturing data and customer feedback Passion for understanding a customers needs Attention to detail Ability to lead projects and feedback analytic insight to internal stakeholders Please note that no terminology in this advert is intended to discriminate on the grounds of a person's gender, marital status, race, religion, colour, age, disability or sexual orientation.
