Performance Marketing Manager London £35,000 - £40,000 benefits Are you well versed in planning, implementing and optimising Paid Search and Social activity and are looking for a new challenge with exposure to Programmatic? I am looking for a Biddable Media Specialist to join a leading performance marketing agency work across various digital channels within a multitude of industries, based in their London office. If you have proven performance driven biddable media experience in an agency, this role is well suited. THE ROLE As a Performance Marketing Manager, you will be fundamental in developing, implementing and optimising Paid Search, Shopping, Social and Programmatic activity for high budget accounts within health, education, travel and luxury fashion. Equally, will manage a Biddable Executive and oversee the performance of their smaller accounts. Key responsibilities include: Developing strategy for Paid Search, Shopping, Programmatic and Paid Social activity Supporting new business pitches for French clients Implementing and optimising campaigns across Google Ads, Shopping and Facebook Ads, potentially DSPs such as DV360 too Manage a team of executives and assist with their campaign set up and reporting Tracking audience journey throughout the process through Google Analytics, looking at landing pages, drop off points and bounce rates Manipulate insights through Excel and Google Data Studio Liaise with clients to relay such key performance metrics YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE: The successful Performance Marketing Manager will have: An undergraduate degree Demonstrable commercial experience working within a media agency in a Biddable or Paid Media role, working across Paid Search and Social Planned, executed and optimised omni-channel campaigns through Google Ads and Facebook Advertising Tracked audience journey through Google or Adobe Analytics Knowledge or experience with Programmatic DSPs such as DV360/TTD/MediaMath would be advantageous An autonomous and self-starting nature Fluent in French and comfortable writing ad copy within French THE BENEFITS £35,000 - £40,000 plus benefits Work for a growing media agency and be fundamental in shaping digital media activity for key clients Free drinks, snacks and the great environment that agencies bring.
