Senior Facilities Manager -12 Month Contract

We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Facilities and Property Manager to join us on a 12 Month Fixed Term Contract basis. Reporting directly into the General Counsel, the Senior Facilities Manager will be responsible for leading the Estates team. Key Responsibilities: Managing the overhead and capex budgets for two sites (Breakspear Park & Solihull) to ensure sites run efficiently and safely. Lead and develop a Health & Safety strategy for all office locations in GB, Ireland & International. Represent all office locations at the Quarterly H&S Exec, which includes accident reporting, local H&S initiatives and issues to resolve. Manage the day to day running of Breakspear Park, which includes organising all M&E PPM works, contractor management, onsite queries relating to desking, parking, cleaning, meeting rooms and working with various teams to facilitate a Great Place to Work, which may include branding updates, putting together cost proposals, organising decoration works or layout changes. Ensure Hemel Hempstead and Solihull are compliant to all landlord/tenant lease terms, site usage rules and all Britvic H&S standards, which are subject to external audit. This includes ensuring there are sufficient first aiders and fire wardens. Key Skills and Experience: NEBOSH Qualification (or equivalent) Proved track record in Facilities Management Proven ability to communicate with and influence stakeholders across the entire business and at all levels If this sounds like you, then we’d love to hear from you.
