Overview

The memcom recruitment team are working with a dynamic, fleet of foot membership organisation creating waves in the business sector. We have a number of opportunities for talented individuals of graduate calibre with a good background in projects or administration, ideally within the not-for-profit sector. One of the newly created opportunities is that of Research & Policy Project Coordinator to join the Institute’s Innovation Team, working on an exciting, high profile project which has the potential to change the business landscape. As Research & Policy Project Coordinator, you will support the launch of an exciting, new learning portal aimed at sharing and disseminating best practice and guidance. You’ll work closely with external partners to help design and develop new enquiry systems to a new grants fund, co-ordinate thinking, collate and promote content for the portal and act as first point of contact for the Innovation team. But this is just one particular project. The rest of your time will be spent across the team, working with your bosses to provide effective administrative support. Interested? The ideal candidate will be of graduate calibre, with impeccable administrative and time management skills, as well as the ability to design and monitor project progress. You will also have excellent written and communication skills and experience of working simultaneously across multiple projects or workstreams. The ability to take minutes, keep action points and put together agendas is ideal, and can be learned on the job.
