Overview
A Sales Executive is required by our client a leading privately owned publishing and events business that focuses on Pensions, Investments, Insurance & Technology; and offers Clients a best of class solution to help them engage with their customers. They are look for hard working and enthusiastic person who would suit working in a much team based environment, and who wants to forge a long term career developing both themselves, as well as helping the company achieve its objectives. The role requires you to sell digital and print advertising, website content, lead generation, events sponsorship across their media platforms in financial and technology portfolio Working within a small team directly under the Commercial Manager on the brand, and also working closely with the journalists; maximising revenues across these brands. The ideal person will be someone with some proven sales experience, and ideally educated to degree level or equivalent. This is an involved role, where, as well, as selling packages to clients, you will be involved in managing these projects to ensure they are delivered to a high quality. This will include liaison with other departments and over time third party supplier organisations. A good proactive call rate and also face-to-face meeting skills are important, as well as a determined attitude to succeed.
