An exciting opportunity has arisen for an exceptional Digital Marketing Manager to join our marketing team, to drive digital innovation and strategy across multiple brands. This is a varied role that covers the full digital portfolio; from creating and implementing a digital marketing strategy, to rolling out new websites, and the continuous optimisation of all digital touchpoints including SEO, to enhance our customers’ experience. If you want the autonomy of managing your own workload, whilst getting the support, advice and development from senior members of the team, this is the role for you. Responsibilities Create and establish a digital strategy to optimise user experience across digital channels Day-to-day management of multiple websites, including new page creation, content updates and SEO optimisation Ongoing management and maximisation of ROI on PPC campaigns which drive customer acquisition Provide actionable reporting on digital performance and ROI Work with the digital, journey optimisation and data teams to streamline cross-functional processes Work with the UX team to improve customer experience through digital platforms Market research and competitor analysis to help drive business strategy Support the marketing team to optimise digital content for inbound marketing Support the marketing team with the latest technology advancements Work with the marketing team to effectively allocate digital budgets Demonstrate the value and ROI of digital efforts to senior business stakeholders About you Have strong analytical and numerical skills Have the ability to communicate comfortably with senior management, stakeholders and external agencies Be a strong communicator and team player with excellent organisational skills Be data and results driven Enjoy a faced paced environment and taking ownership for multiple projects A collaborative, inclusive and supportive approach Qualifications Have experience in creating and implementing a digital marketing strategy, whilst gaining stakeholder buy in Have experience in day-to-day management of websites using CMS Good understanding of HTML and CSS Good understanding and proven experience in the use of SEO and PPC Experience of using the following tools/systems is essential: Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Google Ads, Google My Business, SEMrush or equivalent, G Suite, project management tools, content management system (preferably WordPress) Proven experience within a similar role What we can offer you In exchange for your hard work we can offer you a competitive salary performance based annual bonus, in addition to excellent company benefits which include 25 days annual leave bank holidays which increase with years of service, company pension scheme where we match your contribution up to 5% plus many more benefits.
