Job Title: Digital Product Manager Salary: £40,000 Contract: Permanent Work Pattern: 37.5 Hours Per Week Location: Castlefield, Manchester As our new digital Product Manager you will be accountable for defining, delivering and measuring digital products You will ensure our products meet the expectations of our customers and deliver real value to our business. This is a key role in establishing our digital team, which in turn will be crucial to delivering on Well’s digital plans. With almost 800 stores and over 7000 dedicated employees, we are the UKs largest independent pharmacy chain. What you'll do: Accountable for defining, delivering and measuring digital products that meet the expectations of our customers and deliver value to the business Define, explain and iterate a product vision that is compelling to our customers, team and stakeholders Define and maintain our product roadmap establish working practices and tools to enable teams to build the right things in the right way Enable delivery teams - including internal staff and third-party partners - to deliver value by helping them to understand customer needs and product vision Design and execute approaches to test assumptions and manage risks in the development of digital products Develop an expert understanding of our customer’s needs and champion these in the delivery of our products Set measurable goals for digital products and report against these to demonstrate progress against stated benefits Help to build the Well Digital team, supporting recruitment, identifying good practices to adopt and sharing experiences, e.g. through blog posts, tech talks at conferences etc. Make a positive contribution to the Manchester technology community Problem Solving & Change Make day-to-day decisions on product development and improvement based on customer needs, measurement and business value. Enable senior decision makers (Executive, Board) to make investment and prioritisation decisions by providing tools, data and advice on digital products and opportunities.
