Overview

A fantastic opportunity for a Head of Client Operations to join this leading Contact Centre business, to lead and grow a new customer campaign, operating from Birmingham. Client Details A rapidly growing, ambitious Contact Centre business operating numerous collections, sales and customer service campaigns. Description As the Head of Client Operations you will be leading, managing and growing the front line team and managing all client engagement for a new, high potential campaign. In this role you will be responsible for managing at team direct reports at the Operations Manager level, supporting them with the development of their Team Managers and ultimately all contact centre agents. You will be managing all client and contract performance with ultimate responsibility for growing, nurturing and developing this relationship. You will identify and proactively resolve any problems/ issues and effectively organise and prioritise to maximise productivity. You will ensure the contact achieves gross profit, effectively manage all key internal and external stakeholders and prepare regular performance reports, communicating these with the client and senior leadership team. Profile The ideal candidate for the Head of Client Operations will: Had lead and managed a front line team through Operations Managers/ Team Leaders Have excellent stakeholder management skills, Have managed a Call Centre and Customer Service function, ideally in an Outsourced environment Build strong and effective client relationships Strike the correct balance for the customer and business interests Have proven experience in adding value to client programmes and delivering successful ROI Job Offer Competitive salary Ability to grow/ develop existing team and client contract
