They unlock secret locations, interact with people they meet, and solve challenges. The company is now looking to optimise marketing channels, prior to scaling operations worldwide. What you will be doing in the role A highly analytical, technical, data-driven Performance Marketing Manager is sought to: Optimise paid social media. Analyse performance and input to company KPI measurement and tracking. Investigate affiliate marketing, if you have skills in this area. Your main target is to reduce customer acquisition cost by 30%. You'll report to the CEO, who also is the acting Head of Growth, and will be working alongside a growth team who are delivering conversion rate improvement projects. You could support other marketing activities, depending on business needs and your skills. Requirements This role is for the brightest candidates, with a clear academic record showing top grades in maths/sciences at degree level and A-level, or equivalent. Experience Essential: Ad platforms: Facebook/Instagram Ads (Expert), Google Ads (Expert), Bing (Competent). Data analysis, tracking, and related tools, such as GoogleAnalytics, GTM, Python, SQL, Google Sheets, ZohoAnalytics (or similar BI tools) Managing an annual advertising spend of £1m Desirable: Working with startups: supporting LTV and CAC calculations, preparing and executing campaigns from start to finish. SEO and affiliate marketing. Who you are Curious, intelligent, creative and empathetic. Mathematically literate. It is essential that you understand statistical significance, applied to A-B testing. Acutely aware of brand, especially in the live entertainment sector.
