Sales Finance Transactor - Vice President
Overview
We're looking for a candidate to this position in an exciting company. Work closely with the Trade Sales and CIB Global Corporate Banking team to identify structured off-balance sheet solutions to enhance our Client’s working capital position Partner closely with finance, legal and risk functional colleagues to ensure product delivery is seamless and structures can be adapted to meet bespoke customer needs. Manage all aspects of a transaction including socializing with internal partners, leading approval discussions, developing operational processes and negotiating legal documentation Assist with product management related tasks including the rollout of the product to new booking locations and jurisdictions Define and monitor delivery processes and customer service standards Manage the product build-out across the CIB and CB platforms to ensure global capabilities become best in class within the industry. Develop Product Strategy and have a strategic vision of where the product is going over the next 12-18 months; articulate the strategy at a regional and market segment level Takes into account competition, market dynamics, macro-economic and regulatory impacts Able to demonstrate relevant Trade Finance experience with a focus on structured trade receivable transactions. Able to demonstrate extensive relevant Trade Finance experience, with strong working knowledge of corporate finance, corporate credit and legal risk Knowledge of alternative financing structures for Receivables, including securitization, borrowing base and bilateral accounts receivable facilities Experience with syndication of large structured accounts receivable transactions Strong knowledge of relevant accounting policy guidelines applicable to receivable purchases and understanding of enforceability / perfection requirements in major trade A/R jurisdictions
