Overview
About the role As a Website Executive, you will be responsible for maintaining the Kindred websites portfolio for the Swedish market. The main responsibility will be keeping the sites up to date and uploading marketing content for multiple products: Sportsbook, Casino, Poker, Bingo etc. with the main focus on the Sportsbook. What you will do? On-going site maintenance Highlight important sport events for the market Help out with ad-hoc Swedish translations & localization. Manage and write local promotions including: market-wide onsite messages, push messages, prize draws Manage promotional banners for all brands and lobbies Develop the site content strategy in line with country marketing targets Work closely with the Campaign Operations team to create, update and drive promotions Collaborate with the Marketing Optimisation team to increase site traffic, engagement and ARPU Leadcollaboration with regional teams to align on methodology, systems and reuse of content across the global organisation Drive collaboration with Social Media and other internal teams with dependent processes Work closely with the User Experience team to ensure optimum performance of all content Develop capabilities to experimentregionally and share your learnings globally Help to resolve CRM-related Customer Support issues How will success be measured in this role Net retention rate Number of active customers Number of sport bets placed & games launched Customer satisfaction Regular performance reviews with your line manager Acting in line with Kindred Group values Successful completion of all relevant training and other compliance activities that support Kindred's sustainable and responsible growth What you have done? Knowledge of HTML and content management systems A keen focus on brand awareness, copywriting and an interest in sports Ability to define a tone of voice and tailor it to regional audiences and platforms Proven ability to create effective onsite messaging for campaigns and emails Experience with website analysis to drive innovation Robust communication skills at all levels Native level of Swedish Application process Click on the "Apply Now" button and complete the short web form.
