Overview

Orion Group Life Sciences are looking for a Marketing Coordinator for our Multinational Pharmaceutical client based in the Cambridgeshire area on an initial 12-month contract with the potential to extend. Job Purpose Marketing support for our cardiovascular business unit. First point of contact for sales team and customer queries and their appropriate resolution or escalation Main Responsibilities of the role Leads all Zinc approval processes, contracting, and supplier activities Coordinates or supports in the delivery of multichannel activities e.g. Websites, email campaigns, print advertising and digital/hard copy promotional items for the cross functional team Takes lead on materials management (stock control, Prescribing Information updates, re-approvals, print and digital, and recalls, etc.) Development of promotional materials as agreed and supported by line manager. This includes liaison with external agencies and the service centre Budget - ensuring cross functional team budget is effectively administrated and tracked against plan highlighting any deviation(s) Planning and organising XF Brand Team meetings Active member of XFT providing updates on budget and specific projects Congress organisation and management (e.g. contracting, sponsorship agreements, stand design and materials, agency liaison) KOL meeting logistics (liaison with agency, hotels, expenses, contracts, payments and expenses) Desired Experience and Background of the successful candidate Minimum 2 years marketing or commercial experience Minimum 1 year Zinc or Veeva PromoMat experience Experience with Microsoft office (Excel/Word etc) Numerical confidence - demonstrated aptitude to interpret data and trends Proven organisational skills Experience of managing multiple projects and working under pressure Preferred Requirements: Marketing/Business/Science graduate, or equivalently qualified by experience (eg.
