As their new Marketing Manager, you will have both a strategic and 'hands on’ approach and will be responsible for shaping branding, marketing and communications across the business. A stand-alone role, you’ll be supported by an amazing team of high calibre design and media agencies. The position is wide ranging and diverse with the potential to make an impact in a fast-growing environment. Working directly with both the Development and Sales teams the Marketing Manager will develop and deliver branding, marketing strategies, and campaigns to acquire new customers and to raise the profile of the business. You will understand in detail our target audiences, competitor landscape, and overall market. Working closely with stakeholders across the business, you will drive the marketing strategies (both at a corporate level and for each of our developments) to support the business objectives. Some of your responsibilities will include the corporate and development marketing strategies, managing the marketing budget and integrated campaigns across digital, print, and OOH. You will also provide copywriting for online and offline channels, guidance on proactive and reactive communications, and managing the CRM system, websites, and social media channels. A key part of your role will involve briefing and managing communications, creative and media agencies. We require someone who is a creative thinker, has strong commercial acumen, proven campaign management experience, and excellent communication skills. You will ideally have marketing experience within the property sector and a degree or professional qualification in marketing or communications. We also require significant experience in managing integrated marketing campaigns across digital, off-line and OOH channels and experience in brand development. You will be capable of working in a fast-paced environment whilst managing multiple (and often integrated) projects simultaneously.
