The successful candidate will have strong verbal communication skills, excellent writing skills, strong analytical skills and superb attention to detail. You should have a keen interest in marketing and business development, a proactive approach to problem solving, and an aptitude and interest in the high-tech sector. If successful, you will join a close-knit team of sales, marketing and technical specialists that form an important part of this rapidly expanding global company. Responsibilities • Organisation of workshops and other events • Event promotion through email, web announcements, telemarketing and media partners. • On-going reporting and analysis of events results and statistics. • Marketing campaigns optimisation to promote events and products to existing leads, with a specific focus on email marketing and A/B testing. • Market research to identify new organisations who may have an interest in simulation and assist the sales team to promote events to these organisations. • Maintaining our CRM system and leads processing. • Helping to implement print and digital advertising. • Researching relevant conferences and exhibitions, and representing at these events. • General support to marketing and sales teams in all aspects of marketing. Person Specification • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business or a related area. • Strong organisational skills with superb attention to detail. • Strong written and verbal communication skills. • Strong research and analytical skills. • Interest in the high-tech industry. • Self-motivated and quick learning with a flexible nature. • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint. • Eligible to work in the UK.
