Sales Support Assistant Salary : £25,000 - £28,000 Hours: 8.45am - 17.30pm Holiday: 20 days (all staff are given an extra paid day off for each full year they are employed over two years and to a maximum of five years) Auto enrolment pension scheme The Company: This company is a very successful and highly regarded finance training course provider with an international client list. They are now looking to recruit for a Sales Support Assistant The position requires an extremely high degree of personal organisation and attention to detail. The successful candidate will be working in a busy office environment with a hard-working, motivated and friendly team each focused on meeting deadlines and demands. The successful candidate will report to the Digital Marketing Manager. Duties: E-Shots Taking charge of the template creation for our weekly e-shot campaigns Setting up the weekly e-shot campaigns Dealing with campaign results Accurately setting up each day's e-marketing campaigns in a third-party platform CRM and Reporting Updating records in CRM Reporting on contact numbers, opt-outs and counts per marketing code Cleaning data Reporting on e-marketing campaign results Clients Assisting clients with their booking/training/course requests Managing the client there after Liaising with trainers regarding in-house training. Liaising with clients pre and post-in-house course by telephone Post-course feedback Reviewing post-course feedback from public and in-house courses Contacting participants for further feedback Updating client list and testimonials on the website. Updating & maintaining client facing materials Updating & maintaining the course content, titles, dates, prices on our: Contacting trainers for additional information to include on our marketing materials. Blogs and Social Media Sharing content and updates on the company LinkedIn account, driving engagement and website traffic. Ad Hoc Duties: Answering incoming calls (dealing with queries, transferring and advising) Plus any other duties to assist the department Required skills: Excellent use of all Microsoft Office applications Excellent written and spoken English Excellent listening skills Must be extremely well organised The ability to manage own workload, prioritise and work/keep to deadlines Must have a "can-do" attitude Must be able to work accurately under pressure
