Due to continued success and growth, our client are looking for an experienced Sales Trainer to plan an exponential part in the onboarding and development of Sales staff across the business. My client are an award winning and highly reputable business based in the heart of London. As a Sales Trainer you will deliver training to staff Nationwide. The training delivered will vary from onboarding training to ongoing 1-2-1 coaching and development. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Sales Trainer to join a rewarding and ambitious business offering fantastic long-term prospects. The Role: Deliver relevant and engaging training to employees nationwide Bring fresh ideas around training content Coach and develop sales staff on an ongoing basis, offering tailored training to a varied team Liaise with colleagues in HR regarding training and development needs of employees Working with the training team to develop and implement the training strategy across all locations Managing your diary effectively to keep in regular contact with the sales team What Experience Do You Need?
