Operational Risk Director
Overview
We're looking for a candidate to this position in an exciting company. Overseeing that the business and its large portfolio are in line with everchanging regulatory requirements and managing risks in line with the groups risk appetite. Providing robust management of conduct and prudential risk, through internal and external insight of working closely with the front line. Provide thoughtful and solutions- based leadership whilst continually challenging the business to drive improvement and efficiency. Maintaining strong relationships across key stakeholders such as group, compliance & audit. Delivering insights to senior stakeholders and communicating the importance on how a strong risk culture is an integral part of the business. Driving the RCSA programme, embedding the enterprise risk framework, ensuring best practise KRI’s are in place and conducting Risk workshops. Proven operational risk experience within investment, wholesale and institutional sectors. A track record of leading and motivating a team in a global capacity. A collaborative mindset, ability to work autonomously and an open and nurturing approach to management when needed. Excellent written and verbal skills.
