Overview
An exciting new role as an INDOOR ACCOUNT MANAGER has arisen to work for a rapidly expanding Express Parcels delivery company based in Nottingham. The role as INDOOR ACCOUNT MANAGER will involve managing a portfolio of established SME express parcels accounts. In conjunction with a team of External Key Account Managers, the successful individual will manage the accounts in terms of retention, dealing with issues, rate reviews etc, but also be expected to grow these accounts by upselling and cross selling of other products. The role based in the busy Nottingham depot, will work in an indoor team of 4, with plenty of room to grow and support a large network of Account Managers To apply for the role you MUST have previous experience working within an Express Parcels, Pallets, Freight Forwarding or some related Transport and Logistics industry.
